Mike DePrisco is the President and CEO of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants), where he is advancing IMA's mission to provide education, certifications, research, advocacy, and community engagement that equip professionals to drive value for their organizations and their careers. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in professional associations and higher education, DePrisco is focused on expanding IMA's value proposition for accounting and finance professionals worldwide. IMA serves a global community of about 125,000 members in 150 countries and more than 200 professional and student chapters.
Since joining IMA in April 2023, DePrisco has led the development and implementation of a new vision and strategy designed to broaden the organization's relevance and reach, enhance member experiences, and strengthen IMA's role as a catalyst for professional growth and leadership. His priorities include advancing and expanding education and certification programs, fostering innovation, partnering with organizations to create new value, and connecting professionals across disciplines and regions.
Prior to IMA, DePrisco spent a decade at the Project Management Institute (PMI) where he served as Chief Operating Officer and interim President and CEO. In those roles, he provided leadership across global operations, membership strategy, digital delivery, and certification initiatives. Before PMI, he spent more than 20 years in higher education in executive roles focused on academic excellence and career development.
DePrisco serves on the AAA Foundation Board and is co-chair of the Future Accountant Stakeholder Organization (FASO). He is also a member of the CEO Update executive roundtable program, advocating for the future of accounting and management professions. His leadership has been recognized through inclusion on Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting and NJBIZ's Power 50 in Accounting lists.
He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Company Direction (International) from the Institute of Directors.

Alex C. Eng is IMA's general counsel and chief legal officer. He is a former Chair of the IMA Global Board of Directors, serving during the 2017–2018 fiscal year.
In addition to his role at IMA, Alex is currently vice president, U.S. Corporate Finance at EDF Renewables, the North American renewable headquarters for EDF, a public Fortune Global 100 company and the world's largest power utility. His former experience includes various controllerships at a defense contractor and at a global telecom services provider, and as tax manager and auditor at a national firm. In his legal practice, Alex has advised on mergers and acquisitions, as well as syndicated lending and structuring of asset-based transactions.
An IMA member since 2003, Alex served two terms on IMA's Global Board of Directors and has been chair of its Governance, Planning & Development, and Nominating Committees, as well as chair of the Performance Oversight & Audit Subcommittee. In addition to being a CMA, CFM, and CPA, Alex is an attorney of the State Bar of California, with federal admissions to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. Tax Court. Alex earned an MBA from Suffolk University, a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Calgary (Alberta, Canada). He currently resides in San Diego.

Sierra Hampton-Simmons serves as Vice President of Certifications and Learning Innovation at IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), where she oversees IMA's globally recognized certification programs, including the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant), along with modern learning experiences tied to a robust competency model. With over two decades of expertise in digital product development, workforce transformation, and certification innovation, Sierra leads strategic initiatives that have contributed to millions of professionals achieving certifications and advancing their careers.
Prior to joining IMA, Sierra served as Vice President of Certifications & Product Architecture at PMI (Project Management Institute), where she spearheaded groundbreaking innovations including the evolution of the PMP® certification and the launch of PMI Study Hall — an advanced learning platform leveraging cutting-edge digital tools. Her work earned recognition from Credly as one of its top issuers of digital badges. Earlier in her career, Sierra led Global Certifications at Cisco Systems, directing operations for industry-leading IT certification programs including CCNA and CCNP, and began her career at Citrix Education developing advanced curricula and certification programs.
Sierra is an influential voice in the certification and workforce development industries. She previously served as President of the Performance Testing Council and currently serves on the advisory committee for the Space Workforce Institute and is active with ANSI WorkCred. She is passionate about the intersection of workforce development and emerging industries such as AI, space, and high-tech fields, regularly engaging with professional audiences worldwide on the future of work, digital transformation, and innovations in certification.
Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Japanese with a concentration in International Business from Georgetown University and an MBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Florida.

Christine Millaway is currently IMA's chief financial officer and senior vice president of strategy and data analytics. In this role, Christine works closely with senior IMA staff and the Global Board of Directors to ensure the financial strength of IMA's operations in support of the association's mission to serve the global management accounting profession. She also works alongside IMA's CEO as a strategic business partner to lead the organization's strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Prior to joining IMA, Christine served in a variety of senior finance roles, including, most recently, as the CFO of Project Management Institute (PMI). She also spent 17 years with Dow Chemical Company, where she held various senior finance leadership positions and strategy manager roles in various industries, including electronic technologies, consumer and industrial products, and agricultural sciences.
Christine is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. She also completed the Executive Development Program, an intensive leadership training program offered through Wharton Executive Education. In 2023, she was recognized as a top CFO in New Jersey by Finance & Investing.

Jackie Oppenheim is IMA’s senior vice president of membership and community. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of IMA’s membership, volunteer, and chapter programs, as well the organization’s research, thought leadership, and academic initiatives. Most recently, Jackie led IMA’s Education & Career Services department, where she oversaw the development of top-quality education and continuing education products for management accountants worldwide, including IMA’s Accounting & Finance Conference.
Prior to joining IMA in 2021, Jackie spent more than 20 years leading product development with professional associations across a variety of industries, including financial services, engineering, and construction. Jackie started her career in the UK in accounting before moving to the United States and into business management roles leading learning and development teams.
Jackie is both a CAE (Certified Association Executive) and a CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development).

Laura Saliba is currently IMA's vice president of global People operations, where she oversees all aspects of the organization's People operations and staff, including oversight of talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, and compliance for IMA's global workforce. She is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide People initiatives focused on driving IMA's business goals and objectives. Prior to joining IMA in 2017, Laura held senior-level Human Resources positions at Unipart Logistics and ParadigmHealth.
Laura earned her bachelor's degree in management from Widener University. She is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

Pat Stefanczyk is IMA's vice president of governance and volunteer relations. In this role, she works closely with IMA's Global Board of Directors and IMA's extensive network of volunteers and volunteer leaders. She oversees all IMA Global Board committees and more than 200 IMA professional chapters around the world.
Pat began her career at IMA in 2005, where her first role at the organization was senior administrative assistant and senior volunteer/Board liaison. She was promoted to her current role in 2014.
Pat is a CAE (Certified Association Executive), and she earned her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2021.

Dianna Steinbach is IMA's chief growth and marketing officer. As an executive who has been responsible for critical finances in many different roles throughout her career, Dianna is a champion of telling a business' story through its numbers. She sees strategic finance as the foundation that enables an organization to achieve its goals as well as the place to measure progress and success.
Dianna is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and an international operations expert who has managed associations as well as for-profit industry and event entities for more than 20 years. Her experience includes growing and diversifying operations and events in Asia Pacific, the Americas, Africa, Europe, Eurasia, and the Middle East.
From launching new programs to opening new business units to overseeing mergers and acquisitions, Dianna has a passion for helping organizations find the right path toward maximum success.
She is the programming chair and board member for the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) and a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) International Associations Advisory Council. She regularly speaks and writes about association management topics for a variety of organizations. She also has been a faculty member for the Membership Marketing School and a past member of the IBTM World Association Leaders Forum Advisory Board. Dianna holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree.

Travis Willard

Travis Willard is Chief Product and Technology Officer at IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), where he leads the organization's global product, technology, and innovation strategy. In this enterprise-wide role, Travis oversees the modernization of IMA's digital infrastructure, spearheads platform transformation efforts, and drives the development of credentialing and learning solutions aligned with the future of work. He is responsible for unifying member experiences across touchpoints, launching new business models, and evolving IMA's competency frameworks to reflect emerging technologies and global workforce needs.
Travis joined IMA as Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation, where he led the successful launch of IMA's B2B platform and laid the foundation for the organization's broader digital transformation. Today, he plays a critical leadership role in repositioning IMA for long-term growth, member-centric value delivery, and global relevance in the accounting and finance profession.
Prior to IMA, Travis served as Chief Product Officer at Southern New Hampshire University, where he led cross-functional teams in product development, user experience, and academic innovation, helping scale one of the largest online institutions in the U.S. He previously held executive roles including Vice President of Product and Strategy at PowerSchool, where he helped launch the Unified Classroom platform, and President and COO of itslearning, a Norwegian LMS provider, where he led U.S. market expansion.
His earlier experience includes serving as Head of Platforms at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in Dublin, Ireland, and as Deputy Superintendent and Chief Technology Officer for the Georgia Department of Education. His career, which began in engineering, reflects a consistent focus on driving innovation at the intersection of education, technology, and strategy.
Outside of work, Travis is a passionate advocate for the neurodiversity movement. He holds a bachelor's degree in management and an MBA in information systems from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics.

Brigitte de Graaff an assistant professor of accounting at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is Chair of the IMA Global Board for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. In this role, she serves as chair of the Governance Standing Board Committee and as a member of the Nominating Standing Board Committee.
Dr. de Graaff earned her Ph.D. in accounting from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she also obtained a BSc in Economics and Business Economics, an LLB in Laws, and an MSc in Accounting and Control, as well as an LLM in Criminal Law. She earned her CMA certification in 2014, CSCA certification in 2021, and FMAA certification in 2024.
Dr. de Graaff brings extensive experience in executive education and professional development and is committed to bridging the gap between academia and practice. She is the program director of both the CMA program and the ESG Management program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In addition, she has designed and delivered numerous in-company programs and CFO roundtables for a diverse range of organizations, both in the Netherlands and internationally and teaches CMA courses across Europe. She is dedicated to empowering professionals to think beyond traditional boundaries and to take a more integrated, forward-looking approach to performance and accountability.
Her research focuses on integrated thinking and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics, particularly in relation to governance, performance management, and long-term value creation. She frequently engages with board members, executives, and finance professionals to explore how emerging regulations and global trends reshape the role of finance in organizations. Dr. de Graaff has published in both academic and practitioner journals and continues to contribute to the dialogue on the evolving role of finance.
An IMA member since 2012, Dr. de Graaff has demonstrated sustained leadership and engagement within the organization. She has been an active board member of the IMA Amsterdam Chapter for more than a decade and previously served as chair of the IMA Sustainable Business Management Global Task Force. She has also chaired the Europe Regional Advisory Committee, the Volunteer Leadership Standing Board Committee, and the Nominating Standing Board Committee.

Anthony (Tony) Caspio, CMA, is Chair-Elect of the IMA Global Board for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. In this role, he serves as chair of the Nominating Standing Board Committee and as a member of the Governance and Strategic Planning Standing Board Committees.
Caspio is a retired business executive who spent more than 25 years working in various leadership roles in a publicly held Fortune 500 company. In his last role, he served as Vice President-Supply Chain, Global Equipment for Sealed Air Corporation. The global equipment supply chain he led consisted of plants and operations in Australia, France, the United States, and Switzerland, as well as supply partners in most regions of the globe. Prior to this role, he served as a vice president in supply chain, overseeing global strategic programs, and he also held various senior finance leadership roles, including global supply chain finance and global division finance for two different divisions of Sealed Air.
He earned his CMA while working at Sealed Air so he could differentiate himself and continue to grow. Prior to joining Sealed Air, he held leadership positions in the nonprofit, service, and distribution industries.
He received the IMA Exemplary Board Member Award in 2018. In addition to his service with IMA globally, he has served in leadership roles at the chapter and council levels, including multiple terms as president of the IMA Carolinas Regional Council.
Caspio earned his Accountancy Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University. He is enthusiastic about serving and helping others. He is an active mentor to many and strives to be an influential leader who loves to collaborate and solve problems.

Peter J. Dolan

Peter Dolan, CMA, CFM, CSCA, CPA, is Chair-Emeritus of the IMA Global Board for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. In this role, he serves on the Global Markets Standing Board Committee, the Governance Standing Board Committee, and the Nominating Standing Board Committee.
After spending 38 years in public accounting, including 28 years as a tax partner with KPMG, Dolan retired in 2025, though he continues to provide consulting services to the firm. During his time at KPMG, Dolan held numerous leadership roles in KPMG's Global Mobility Services practice, leading the global, U.S., and German practices. A true global citizen and professional, he has lived and worked in the U.S., UK, Germany, Belgium, and Japan.
Dolan holds a BBA in finance and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with honors. He also received an MA in early modern European history from Wayne State University, an MS in personal financial planning from the College for Financial Planning, and an MPS in human resource management from Georgetown University. Dolan also holds several human resources certifications.
An IMA member since the early 1990s, Dolan has served two terms as an IMA Global Board member, previously chairing the Performance Oversight and Audit Standing Board Committee, the Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee, the Nominating Standing Board Committee, and the Governance Standing Board Committee. He earned his CMA in 1994 and later obtained both the CFM and CSCA certifications in 2007 and 2017, respectively.
In addition to his service to IMA, Dolan also serves on the boards of multiple civic, educational, and charitable organizations. He serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies, where he teaches courses in the graduate human resources management program.
